This was due to an outage on the 5th. Although there is no log of this as being planned, HTTP 503 Service Unavailable was returned and given it is overnight, this is probably planned maintenance.

BNP Paribas (Sandbox) in the PSD2 Institutions API performance category decreased by 51% from 8.87 (in the Green Zone) to 4.29 (in the Red Zone).

This was due to a large outage on the 28th / 29th of February which saw the endpoints return HTTP 500 errors.

Dept of Commerce in the US Government decreased by 52% from 7.7 (in the Yellow Zone) to 3.63 (in the Red Zone).

This was due to a large number of outliers coupled with failures on the 4th of March affecting both monitored endpoints.
