APImetrics may also collect anonymous information, which is not unique to you when not combined with Personal Information, such as your postal code, age, gender, preferences, interests and API Tool settings (“Non-Personal Information”) (collectively, Personal Information and Non-Personal Information is “Information”). You may choose to share outputs generated by your use of the API Tool with the public. Any outputs you do not choose to share with the public will be accessible only through your account.

Identifying Personal Information will not be made available at any time to any other Subscriber subscribing to the API Tool, unless you choose to share such information publically.

In an effort to provide value to all Subscribers, APImetrics and certain third parties it contracts with maintain the right to use and present Non-Personal Information in an aggregated form reflecting combined data from multiple Subscribers for statistical reporting purposes only. Information collected by APImetrics may be used for the purpose of identifying industry benchmarks, trends, and evaluating how to improve the Service for the benefit of all Subscribers. Presentation of aggregated Non-Personal Information will not reveal data that links to identifying Personal Information for any Subscriber.

CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN

APImetrics does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the API Tool.
