API Collections Engineer
An amazing entry level opportunity to work with our API.expert team we have roles based in the UK (remote but NW preferred) and US (remote). The role will involve the setup and management of critical APIs for our API rating service API.expert. This will involve researching APIs, setting up accounts, creating monitoring cases in line with internal and TARA guidelines and monitoring the day to day operations of API.expert.
The role will report to our Head of Standards
Skill level: this is an entry level role, but we would expect the right candidate to have a degree but we will happily accept candidates from Code Camps or similar.
Locations: APImetrics are a virtual operation but we are initially looking for candidates in the US and the UK (ideally NW UK)

Backend Engineer
We are seeking an engineer to work on our backend with our chief engineer. This role will cover:
- Implementing data structures
- Managing integrations to other products
- Working with our head of data science on new ML and AI subsystems
Skills:
- Python
- Google Cloud
- NodeJS
- JavaScript
The role will report to our Chief Engineer.

Inside Sales - Entry Level
We are seeking somebody to work within our inside sales operation – this will involve the following activities:
- customer communications and routing of questions to the right team members
- follow up with web sign ups
- triage of inbound leads
- upkeep of CRM records
- generation of quotes and offers
The role will report to our CRO
