New Agent Locations Available

Quick housekeeping announcement, we've just expanded our agent network again. Adding 10 more locations, mostly from Google - covering multiple European locations and for the first time adding in Australia and South America.  We've also made the IP addresses for the agents public and put those out here. This brings our global network of public agents up to 74, more with our agents in China and private client agents. Daily and Weekly Status Mails

We've now added one of the features that everybody has been asking for, daily and weekly alert status mails. The emails will initially cover the basics - the number of calls you've made, the number of APIs monitored and not monitored and the alerts you've had during that day or week. Each monitored API and API shared within your organization is reported with the pass rate for the day/week, the median latency and the CASC score associated with the call. Major Feature Changes

Introducing Schedules Moving forward, we are replacing our system of deploying API calls with schedules. Here's how it works. Previously, you'd need to pick locations and clouds from which to run tests, and a test frequency. But this caused a bit of confusion, both over the daily count of actual calls AND the frequency with which we would hit the API. So, we've changed the process. Issues in some public Insight CASC scores January 2018

A quick note, in some of the latest Insights reports we have a number of APIs showing a CASC Score of 0. Unfortunately, a number of APIs were added exactly as the monthly totals were run and this led to the generation of a number of these scores, they do not reflect on the APIs. We will be manually removing the zero scores impacted on this occasion. Sorry if this has led to any confusion.

API Call Locations Added! More India, More USA, More Europe, More Australasia

Updates for March 17 2017

A quick programming note for everybody, and the obligatory Happy St Patrick's Day, we've released some new features this week that will improve the stats functions. You can now view statistics for 'All Locations' where we display the averages for all the locations and clouds you're monitoring from.  We're also adding some new analysis around this point in the coming weeks along with expansions to our machine learning services. Other updates this week include All Location widgets for your dashboard and additional options for filtering results.

Improved Call Data Visualizations and Reporting

Welcome to 2017 and with it, the first of a bunch of new reporting features. They're designed to tell you more about what's actually impacting your API and SaaS performance.
