API Performance Highlights
Box in the Corporate Infrastructure API category decreased by 12% from 9.42 (in the Green Zone) to 8.23 (also in the Green Zone).

This was due to a couple of factors. Server processing time jumped by around 25% across all endpoints and there was also a large number of outliers early in the week. Standard deviation jumped by around 40-50% across all endpoints.
We would like to understand what’s going on there!
Capital One in the Open Banking UK Production API collection decreased by 10% from 8.21 (in the Green Zone) to 7.38 (in the Yellow Zone).
This was due to planned maintenance causing failures with the OAuth endpoint returning HTTP 503. Referenced in OBIE-10919 and OBIE-10920.
It’s also worth noting that there are some serious issues with the Capital One DNS look up times that is hitting their latencies.
